A beautiful fall day set the stage for fun as Town of Simla held it’s first Spooktacular event.
5 entries into the Chili Cook Off provided tasty offerings to those who attended. Winners as follows:
- 1st place – Andrew Kissam
- 2nd place – Kim Kissam
- 3rd place – Cene Kurtchi
