NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Town of Simla Elbert County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-fourth day before the election, there are not more candidates than offices to be filled at such election, including candidates filing affidavits of intent; therefore, the election to be held on April 7, 2020 is hereby canceled pursuant to CRS 31-10-507.
The following candidates are declared elected for the following terms of office:

- Chad Thieman – 4 year term
- Dominick Black – 4 year term
- Ryan Fulmer – 4 year term
