New Water Meter Installation

The Town of Simla will be installing new water meters between July 21st and August 1st

What to know:

• Water will be shut off for 10-15 minutes
• You do not need to be home for the installation
• We will knock before shutting water off

The new meters have a customer portal. Each water user will have the ability to log into their personal portal and monitor water usage. The portal will also send an alert to your phone or email if a leak is detected, there is excessive water usage, or if the meter pit is nearing freezing temperatures.
