The Elbert County Board of County Commissioners will attend a breakfast with local Simla residents on February 20, 2017.
Event will be held at the Country Corner Cafe, from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The discussion will include matters of public interest. No decisions will be made and no minutes will be kept.
