Victim’s Advocate
The Simla Police Department has partnered with the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office to provide victim’s advocate services to the victims and people affected by crime. Advocates are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide assistance.
Elbert County Sheriff’s Office
We work closely with the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office, which provides detentions services and provides mutual assistance during law enforcement activities.
Elbert County District Attorney’s Office
The Elbert County District Attorney’s office is part of the 18th Judicial District and is responsible for prosecuting criminal cases within the Town of Simla.
